A.U.R.A. Aromatherapy Diploma - ITEC Level 3

Course syllabus and structure

Course duration is 12 months.

12 Saturdays spread over for 12 months with the examination on the 13th month.

Each sessions start at 10am and finish at 5pm on Saturday.

The course covers the following modules:

Aromatherapy Theory & Practice
Case Studies
Anatomy, Physiology & Pathology
Principles and Practice of Complementary Therapies
Business Practice
Health, Safety and Hygiene

Course is limited to eight students.

Course Entry

Course Entry requirements are as follows:

  • Leaving Cert or Equivalent
  • 20 years or older
  • Completed Application Form
  • Interview / Informal Meeting

Part Time Study

OPTION 1 - €2090
€490 deposit and the balance of €1600 paid before or or on start of course.

OPTION 2 - €2140 by three installments
€490 to register , €550 on 2nd month, €550 on 3rd month and the final payment of €550 due on the 4th month of the course.

Other payment options available on request.

(Includes essential oils, tutoring, course notes, books, tutorials, charts)

Exam fee extra €150 (due 3 months before exam date)

Accreditation

With the International Training Examination Council (ITEC)

Qualification

On successful completion of course you will be awarded a Diploma in Aromatherapy which will also entitle you to apply for Full Membership of The Complementary Therapists Association and you will be eligible for Professional insurance to practice as an Arromatherapist in Ireland .

Career Opportunities

Successful Completion of course will enable students to practice as a Aromatherapist to work in their own practice or to work in a health care setting.
